You are absolutely right....its a complex round of characters and situations, but worth reading, although at times one feels its a bit far fetched too, considering that you have a self-safrificing man in Rizwan, which is a rare thing really and I was actually glad when he finally gave in to his human side and had an affair with Lily. Worth reading boss!

Waking up to smell the....um, roses :)

I remember you always but am visiting after a long time...*sigh* The clinching lines here are - I must have been moving from one task to another, trying to fit everything in. I thought I stopped to smell the roses every now and then.... - You know what I too have become like that, perhaps always was.....In fact, I remember my partner once saying that I don't wacth the flowers and the plants on my walks....perhaps I too have become a robot
I liked the several incidents written about. It also highlights your growing relationship with your daughter, as she is growing in years as well

Congrats on becoming a mother again! how lovely. I think of you very often but the work keeps me from visiting various blogs i want to be at. Yes, we are meeting shortly and really after a certain time in any relationship, distance is a very healthy option or the plants may die. Remember Khalil Gibran? You must be like two pillars in a temple, both holding up the temple but yet spaced away from each other....
